1. Payment methods
- DREIMAUS currently offers Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide — you pay the courier in cash when you receive the product.
- Bank transfer / VietQR will be added in the near future.
2. Prices & currency
- All listed prices are in Vietnamese Dong (VNĐ) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (if any).
- Prices may change with promotions; the price that applies is the price at the time you place the order.
3. Ordering & confirmation
- Choose your products → enter your delivery details → confirm the order. The system creates an order code and shows an “Order received” screen.
- DREIMAUS will contact you by phone to confirm before delivery.
4. Shipping fees
- Any shipping fee is clearly stated when our staff confirm your order.
5. Invoicing
- DREIMAUS issues an electronic invoice on request; please provide your invoicing details when ordering or during the confirmation call.
