1. Scope & general principles
- Applies to DREIMAUS products bought via droppyvietnam.com.
- As the product is a consumable water enhancer, returns mainly apply to seller- or shipping-related errors.
2. Eligible for return / exchange
- Wrong product delivered versus the order.
- Product damaged, leaking or dented in transit.
- Seal broken on arrival (packaging fault).
- Product expired or near expiry at delivery.
3. Not eligible
- Opened / unsealed or used products (for hygiene & food safety), unless there is a manufacturing defect.
- Requests made after the notice period.
- Damage caused by incorrect storage after receipt.
4. Timeframe & how to request
- Please inspect the goods on delivery. For COD, if the item is wrong or faulty you may refuse it and not pay.
- Within 48 hours of receipt, contact our hotline / email with photos of the product and your order code.
5. Resolution & refund
- If the fault is DREIMAUS's: a replacement or a full 100% refund, with free shipping.
- Prepaid orders: refunded via the agreed method within 3–7 business days.
- Unpaid COD orders: no cost is incurred.
